No processo de fazer unhas, nosso equipamento tem as máquinas auxiliares, como bobina de arame, prego cortador moedor, e máquina de polir prego. As principais peças de desgaste são molde prego, unhas faca, e pino soco.
Princípio de Produção
Este equipamento abrange uma manivela principal e dois eixos secundários. Devido à concepção especial do rolamento, é mais suave em funcionamento em comparação com o tradicional máquina de fabrico de prego. O eixo principal é acionada diretamente pelo motor. Além disso, os dois eixos laterais utilizadas separadamente para controlar a parte cortador de unha e molde nomes parte são puxados através de quatro engrenagem cônica.
Processo de produção
O fio na roda fio será enviado para o centro de trabalho através do rolo de arame da máquina de fazer unhas, e depois a cabeça do prego é formado através da aposição de carimbo no pino soco após o molde prego fixa o fio apertado. Nail Polishing Machine

Maintenance
